Her previous career led her from supervising disabled adults in a sheltered workshop to directing all the rehabilitation services. Her healthcare experience began in Staff Development of a medical hospital and led to being the Acting Administrator of a locked psychiatric residential care facility. Nora’s manufacturing experience mirrored her previous career path starting as a human resource director in a company riddled with Equal Employment Opportunity Commission suits; she left as the Chief Operating Officer when the company was at the top of its game.
